Our Founder – Dr. V.D. Agarwal

A visionary leader, Dr. V.D. Agarwal—born and raised in Agra—holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies. Beyond his academic achievements, he is a respected realtor, philanthropist, and social worker.

In 1986, he founded Pushpanjali Constructions Pvt. Ltd. (PCPL), starting with the Saket Colony project in Agra. Over the decades, his unwavering dedication and entrepreneurial spirit led to the successful completion of over 100 residential and commercial projects.
