Founded on 15th February 1993, in the heartland of Hindi speaking Uttar Pradesh, St. Xavier’s School began with a visionary goal to introduce and nurture excellence in English medium education through a comprehensive, globally recognized CBSE curriculum. From its modest beginnings to its current stature, the school has remained steadfast in its mission:

Located on the Salempur Gorakhpur main road, the school enjoys a serene yet accessible environment conducive to academic pursuit and holistic growth. Over the years, it has expanded its horizons, with two flourishing branches the City Branch at Jalalpur, just two kilometers from Salempur, and the St. Xavier’s School, Salempur, Deoria, affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.

A Legacy Built on Vision and Values
The foundation of St. Xavier’s School is not just made of bricks and mortar it is built upon the vision of creating an environment where learning transcends textbooks and where every child’s curiosity is ignited.
The foundation stone of the main campus was laid by His Excellency Prof. Vishnukant Shastri, the then Governor of Uttar Pradesh, on 10th June 2001. The school’s magnificent new building a symbol of progress and educational commitment was inaugurated by His Majesty Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, the then Vice President of India, on 23rd March 2003, in the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Mr. Chandra Shekhar, the former Prime Minister of India, along with several dignitaries.
This historic beginning marked the birth of an institution that would soon become synonymous with academic excellence, moral integrity, and modern education.
