Sree Ayyappa Public School Sector 5, Bokaro, Jharkhand

Over the decades, Sree Ayyappa Public School has continued to grow, evolve, and thrive, not because of external support or government funding, but because of its unwavering dedication to educational excellence and the trust placed in it by thousands of parents, students, and well wishers. Today, the school stands tall as a symbol of commitment, service, and integrity values deeply connected to the guiding spirit of Ayyappa Seva Sangham, the body entrusted with the school’s management.

The Foundation: A School Born From Devotion and Service

The school was founded under the leadership and guidance of the Ayyappa Seva Sangham, Bokaro Steel City, an organization known for its commitment to cultural preservation and social welfare. Although the Sangham is a linguistic minority in the steel city, its vision for the school was never limited by language, region, caste, or religion. From the very beginning, the services of Sree Ayyappa Public School have been extended to all members of society, reinforcing the spirit of unity and equality.

The very first session of the school began on 27th June 1988, marking the beginning of an educational journey that would reach thousands of students over the coming years. Managed by a Board of Directors elected by Ayyappa Seva Sangham and supported by nominated members from SAIL, Bokaro Steel Plant, the school has always enjoyed strong leadership and a clear vision.

What sets the school apart is its financial independence. Sree Ayyappa Public School does not receive any aid from the government or private agencies. Instead, it operates entirely on the fees contributed by the students, which fund teacher salaries, development projects, infrastructure upgrades, and extracurricular programs. This model ensures transparency, accountability, and the freedom to maintain exceptional educational standards.

A Commitment to Quality Education Rooted in Values

Sree Ayyappa Public School is not just an institution that imparts knowledge; it is a place where discipline meets cultural values, where learning goes beyond the classroom, and where students are nurtured with a strong sense of responsibility, respect, and compassion.

Academic excellence

Holistic development of every student

The school’s affiliation with CBSE, New Delhi, ensures a nationally recognized curriculum, providing students with a strong academic foundation and opportunities to excel in competitive examinations.
