I’m Tarun Thapa, a digital marketing consultant and IT services professional based in Dehradun. I work with businesses that want to make better use of the internet to reach customers, generate enquiries and improve the way they operate online.

I mainly work with businesses in real estate, healthcare, hospitality, education and travel, although I’m open to working with businesses from other industries as well. I don’t follow a fixed formula for every client because what works for one business may not make sense for another.

Before suggesting any marketing activity, I prefer to understand the business first. I look at the target audience, competition, existing online presence and the goals the business is trying to achieve. Sometimes the answer is SEO or paid advertising. Sometimes the website needs attention, or the business needs a better way to manage enquiries and follow up with potential customers.

My work includes SEO, digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation, website development, social media and different IT solutions. I also work on automation and digital systems when they can make everyday business processes easier or more organised.

One thing that is important to me is keeping the working relationship simple. I work directly with clients and personally stay involved in the strategy, execution and improvements. I don’t want clients to feel like they have to go through several people just to discuss their own project.

My experience in IT services also helps me look at digital marketing from a wider perspective. Getting someone to visit a website is only one part of the process. The website should be easy to use, enquiries should reach the right person, and there should be a sensible process for handling those enquiries.

I’m based in Dehradun and work with both local businesses and clients from other locations. I try to keep my approach practical and honest. I won’t suggest a service simply because it is popular or because every business seems to be doing it.

For me, good digital work starts with understanding the actual problem. From there, the focus is on choosing the right approach, doing the work properly and improving it over time.

I don’t promise instant results. I believe in doing useful work, communicating clearly and letting the results guide the next step.
