After spending over 25 transformative years in the academic and administrative landscapes of some of Asia’s largest educational institutions, I found myself reflecting on the true purpose of education. While traditional systems focused primarily on academics and achievements, I longed for a more enriching, meaningful, and human centered approach one that could awaken the innate curiosity of children and teach them how to live, think, lead, and flourish.

This inner calling gradually evolved into a vision that sought to redefine schooling altogether.

The serene, green, and culturally rich environment of Eluru played a profound role in shaping the idea for Peepal Woods Global School. Surrounded by nature, peace, and timeless beauty, Eluru felt like the perfect place to bring a new educational philosophy to life an environment where students could breathe freely, observe deeply, question curiously, and learn joyfully.
