Leadership with Experience

Heading the operational strategy at VITS Hotels is Mr. Vinay, a seasoned hospitality leader with over 35 years of industry experience. From his early days at Hyatt Regency Delhi to key roles at The Metropolitan Nikko Hotel, Taj Hotels Corporate Office, and Concept Hospitality, Vinay has built deep expertise across HR, revenue management, sales, operations, and audits.

Recognized with accolades such as “Manager of the Year” and “Best Revenue Manager”, his mission at VITS is to unify hotel operations, elevate the guest experience, and strengthen the brand footprint, especially in North and South India.
