Our journey began on June 12, 1999, when Mr. Abdul Hafeez founded Al-Zam Zam with a vision to bring authentic Mughlai cuisine to the heart of Nagpur. Located on Central Avenue Road, one of the city’s oldest and most vibrant areas, the restaurant quickly became a local favorite.

At a time when Nagpur was known for its spicy flavors, Mr. Hafeez introduced a bold new twist — rich, aromatic Mughlai dishes, perfectly spiced biryanis, and mouth-watering tandoori specialties. It was a fresh take that captured the taste buds (and hearts) of Nagpurians, and from there, the Al-Zam Zam legacy was born.

Now, over two decades later, the next generation continues this legacy with the same passion, quality, and unforgettable flavors our guests have come to love. From our original spot to our newer outlets in Ajni and Dharampeth, the journey has been fueled by your love, loyalty, and ever-growing appetite for great food.
