Shree Universal School was established in June 1999 on Chandreshnagar Main Road in the Mavdi Plot area of Rajkot. The institution was founded by Matushree Mithima Education Trust, an educational trust dedicated to promoting quality education and creating opportunities for students to grow and succeed.

As the demand for quality education increased, the trust took another important step toward expanding its educational mission. In June 2009, another institution named Brilliant School was established near the Mavdi Ring Road Chowk in Rajkot.
Brilliant School was created under the guidance and inspiration of Shree Universal School, with the goal of extending the same high standards of education to more students. Like its parent institution, Brilliant School also offers a complete educational journey from LKG to Standard 12.
