About Business

Bihar State Educational Infrastructure Development Corporation (BSEIDC) Limited was incorporated on 16 July 2010 as a wholly owned Government of Bihar undertaking, with 100% shareholding held by the state government. The corporation was established under the provisions of Section 617 of the Companies Act, 1956, with a clear mandate to strengthen and modernize Bihar’s educational infrastructure ecosystem.
