Early childhood is the most powerful phase of human development a time when curiosity blooms, imagination takes flight, and the foundations of lifelong learning are formed. Understanding the importance of these formative years, Bachpan began its journey in 2004 with a bold vision: to transform preschool education in India and create a nurturing, joyful, and stimulating environment where young children could grow, explore, and thrive.

It is with great pride and heartfelt joy that I welcome you to OCA Jagatsinghpur, an institution dedicated to excellence in education, innovation, and holistic student development. As the Director of this esteemed academic center, I feel honored to be part of your educational journey and personal growth. Choosing the right institution is one of the most important decisions in a student’s life, and at OCA Jagatsinghpur, we are deeply committed to ensuring that this choice becomes a stepping stone toward a successful and fulfilling future.

Education is often described as the most powerful tool capable of changing the destiny of an individual, a family, and ultimately a nation. Yet for millions of parents across India, providing quality education to their children has long been a struggle not because they lack love or commitment, but because they lack access and financial resources. For decades, this gap remained unaddressed, leaving rural and semi urban families without the opportunities that children in bigger cities enjoy.

In the heart of Odisha, nestled within the vibrant lanes of Deogarh’s municipal region, stands a school that has quietly yet powerfully transformed the futures of countless children Subhrajyoti Abasika Bidyalaya. Established in 2007, this institution has become an anchor of hope, discipline, and educational excellence for families in the surrounding urban communities. Though modest in infrastructure and traditional in its foundation, the school carries a vision that is deeply rooted in nurturing young minds through quality instruction, values, and equal opportunities.
