Founded in 2017 by Nishant Sinha, Roastery Coffee House was born with a simple mission: to brew India’s finest coffees and share them with the world. Over the years, the brand has built a system that ensures fair, often premium, prices for farmers, honoring every step of the journey from crop to cup. Each coffee we serve scores 80 or above, roasted fresh and in season for the perfect flavor. As Roastery has grown, it has found innovative ways to connect coffee lovers and communities across India and beyond.

About the Founder
Nishant Sinha, a Hospitality graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management, Jodhpur, started his career as a barista and has become one of the pioneers of Indian specialty coffee. In 2024, he opened Roastery’s first global outlet in Helsinki, Finland—a milestone for the brand and a significant leap for Indian specialty coffee.

Nishant’s vision is backed by research, passion, and hands-on experience, aiming to expand Roastery Coffee House across India and internationally. An avid traveler and true coffee enthusiast, Nishant thrives on sharing his love for coffee, discovering new flavors, and connecting with fellow coffee lovers worldwide.
