The meeting held that August day reflected the shared aspiration of the people. After thoughtful deliberation and collective discussion, the participants unanimously resolved to establish a B.Ed. Formation of a Steering Committee

Late Ponaram Neog was appointed as President, and Mr. Kosheswar Khanikar took on the role of Secretary. Along with other dedicated members, they formed a leadership team determined to bring the vision to life. Their mission was clear: to build an institution that would prepare skilled, ethical, and committed teachers for future generations.
